Due to the nature of this clearance lucky dip sale, returns will not be accepted for reasons of preference, wording variation, branding differences or minor cosmetic imperfections as described above.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the unlikely event that an item is genuinely faulty.

| Store Upright | To keep your stamps in perfect working order, store them upright to prevent the ink from migrating and causing uneven impressions. |
| Avoid Cold Conditions | Keep your stamps away from cold spots, like windowsills in winter. Freezing temperatures can cause the ink to freeze. |
| Cap It | When you’re not using your stamp for a while, pop the cap back on to keep the ink from drying out and ensure it’s ready for your next marking session. |
As our items are handmade, we print and ink to order. Our standard designs are usually made and shipped within 7 working days.
